Pre-printing
of cards can be done in the following way. Offset printing is used for
detailed printing and for full color printing. Screen printing is used
for metallic ink and large print surfaces. A combination of offset and
screen printing is possible. Magnet strips and signature panels can be
applied during lamination of the cards. Smart chips can be applied at
the end of the production process.
With the help of graphics printing logos and text can be printed in color.
With D2T2 techniques (Dye Diffusion Thermal Transfer) full color printing
is possible.
Badge
holders
More often cards have contact chips which need to be protected to secure
the function of the cards and to save money by preventing replacement
of the damaged cards. Standard badge holders protect the card. More transparent
and bright badge holders are available as well. Badge holders are also
available in portrait or landscape held, partly open or fully closed.
For every card Cardline supplies the best protection.
Badge
holders are kept in different ways.
Clips
Cardline has a range of different clips of different quality. The universal
"clip with band" has a metal clip. You can chose between a plastic
band or flexible woven band of higher quality and longer life time.
Lanyard
People wear lanyards
around the neck, for example on trade shows. A lanyard has a safety lock.
With the help of a clip or a hook, people can wear the card directly visible
or in combination with a badge holder. Lanyards can be printed with your
name, logo and background.
Yoyo
Badge holders can be connected to yoyos, for example a ski pass. Cardline
has a wide range of yoyos of different sizes, types, quality and available
in the same color as the cord. Yoyos are available in material range from
plastic to metal. Minimal length is 60 cm and maximum length is 90 cm.
All yoyos are provided with a handy clip for attachment to persons clothes.
Some models have also a clip to connect to a badge holder. Other models
have a separate clip. Yoyos can be printed with your name and logo.
