clustered locations of the same organization and / or connecting of
several different clustered organizations is possible. Nevertheless
every location or organization creates with Cardline their own exclusive
customer or member database, but share mutual customers or members.
In advance there must be a cluster agreement about the automatically
exchanges of parts of information.

for customers and members in Cardline with the help of name and address
details, in check times, pictures, etc.
- Connection
of ID of preference to the card and to the customer or member. In case
of an identical ID number in the Cardline database, an automatic message
will appear.
- Design
with the help of the integrated word processor or external word processor
(promotional) letters, labels, customer or member lists, birthday greetings
cards, etc.
- Selecting
customers or members who were not present or not present during a particular
period.
- Sending
of promotional messages per e-mail or per SMS. (Of course only if the
customer or the member has given permission).
